Job Title: Senior Principal, Cloud Advisory Services Compensation: Base Salary $165,000 - $195,000 + Annual Bonus 15%Who You Are: You are a technology leader with a passion for Cloud, responsible for sales, delivery, business operations and our people. Responsibilities: Expertise and experience with enterprise (architecture and program management) and depth cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), automation (ServiceNow and CI/CD) and Cybersecurity Depth in executing a sales process from pre-funnel / pre-stage one through to closing a project successfully while partnering with the various roles in the pursuit team Experience managing 3rd party manufacturers of technology (AWS, ServiceNow, etc) while partnering with our Alliances team to attain investment / funding Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states Demonstrate technical thought leadership and applying practical experience in sales and delivery motions Drives business development with the proper information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements and provide detailed estimates within the offering Coach and mentor junior technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources on projects Interview potential candidates Serve as a mentor/lead and people manger within the team Ability to travel within Mountain West Qualifications: 10+ years of Consulting experience with a balance in experience between delivery and sales Minimum 3 years of platform experience (5+ years preferred) Expert understanding of multiple facets of the cloud platform – DevOps, Infrastructure, Cyber, etc Strong understanding of program management, financial modeling/business case development and appreciation for the impact of technology change on an organization Awareness of programmatic solutions on the cloud platform and operations platform such as ServiceNow or CI/CD solutions Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete technology lifecycle Familiarity with technology delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Agile and Kanban Strong functional and technical understanding of SaaS, and PaaS Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL (Such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Jitterbit etc. ) Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Senior Principal role is $159,000-$217,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
