Premier Physician Network (PPN) and Wright State Universitys Boonshoft School of Medicine (BSOM) are seeking a full-time faculty physician specializing in vascular surgery. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team that blends academic medicine with clinical practice across Dayton and the surrounding region. As a faculty member, you will play an integral role in educating and training medical students, residents, and fellows, while providing care to a diverse patient population in a variety of clinical settings.

PPN and BSOMs Vascular division seeks an academically minded faculty member to join the core faculty team with duties including:
- Participating in didactic teaching, journal clubs, clinical case conferences, and other teaching assignments for residents and medical students, as assigned by and in collaboration with the department and BSOMs academic leadership.
- Contributing to the divisions clinical/patient care, research, and teaching missions.
- Clinical teaching, supervision, and patient care on the divisions services, including a combination of contributions to the inpatient teaching service, Premier Vascular Surgeons clinics; working with a diverse variety of vascular surgery cases including but not limited to:
- Open and endovascular cases
- Carotid artery surgeries, lower limb revascularizations, aneurysm repairs, limb amputations, venous bypass surgeries
- Trauma cases
- Interest in building a complex aortic program alongside our award-winning cardiothoracic surgery department would be encouraged and supported.
- APP collaboration for both inpatient and outpatient clinical practice
Job Requirements:
Prior to the effective date of appointment*, successful candidates must have:
- American Trained, US Citizen or Permanent Resident Status
- MD, DO or MBBS degree.
- Completed General Surgery residency.
- Completed Vascular Surgery fellowship.
- Board Certification in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery (or Board-Eligible**)
- Ohio Medical License
- Federally issued DEA License
