Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Partnership

The Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Partnerships will play a key role in the management and implementation of Aristocrat's product launch marketing strategies for Class II and Class III products. This individual will collaborate with product management, game studios, licensors, and gaming operations to develop our go-to-market product launch strategies to best support our customers as the leading slot manufacturer in the industry. This managerial role will serve as a leader within the marketing team and will be tasked with overseeing marketing partnerships within the Class II and Class III segments. Reporting to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager, this role requires a self-starter with innovative experience in product marketing, product launch, general marketing, and advertising while staying within budget and timeline parameters. This location for this role is Las Vegas, Nevada but will require travel to meet with partners throughout the country.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the design of a cross-functional marketing strategy plan for Aristocrat's robust game portfolio
- Provide insight and direction of brand assets and marketing strategy for new game launches in the Class II and Class III segments.
- Assist in the analysis of the brand marketing strategy as measured against current market trends
- Proactively identify needs and opportunities that impact the customer experience
- Establish and build strong customer relationships to provide tactical and mutually beneficial co-branded marketing programs in conjunction with Aristocrat customers
- Establish and build strong, collaborative internal relationships with Strategy, Product, Sales, Technology, and Creative Services to deliver mutually beneficial marketing programs
- Develop and assist in the implementation of promotions with non-gaming partners as required
- Remain the sole point of contact from a marketing perspective for all marketing initiatives throughout a designated region
- 3-5 years of applicable experience in brand marketing or partnership marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and other related programs
- Excellent and proven project management skills
- Limited travel (monthly) will be required

Up to 25%
Pay Range
$107,784 - $200,171 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
