Business Development Manager- Industrial Services & Onshore Projects

EnerMech, a leader in delivering innovative solutions across the offshore and onshore oil and gas, LNG, refining, petrochemical, power, utilities, and renewables markets, is seeking a Business Development Manager. Join our team of experts providing top-tier industrial services, including pre-commissioning and commissioning cleaning such as Air/Steam Blows, Chemical Cleaning, hydrolyzing, and leak testing.

Job Description:

• Identify and securing new business in onshore pre-commissioning and commissioning services, as well as piping, mechanical, and structural installation services.
• Report to Americas VP Business Development.
• Individual contributor role for new business opportunities, managing multiple project bids, and securing contracts up to US$10MM.
• Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships, listening to customer needs to craft project solutions.
• Manage territory and key client accounts, ensuring a positive company position in the market.
• Lead the bid process, ensuring collaboration with estimating, legal, finance, and other functions.
• Direct involvement in commercial terms, contract negotiations, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Five to ten years in the industry, preferably.
• Expertise in onshore pre-commissioning/commissioning and installation services.
• Familiarity with the onshore industrial market in the energy and construction industries.
• Strong in customer relations, commercial contracting, and negotiations.
• Approximately seven or more years of experience in business development, sales, proposals, or marketing.
