Overview
Bon Secours Ear Nose Throat & Allergy (ENT) is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP ) to join our esteemed practice in Colonial Heights, VA. This role is integral to enhancing patient care and expanding our service offerings at our primary location and additional sites in Midlothian and Emporia, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive medical services in a busy Otolaryngology medical and surgical office.
- Manage and treat patients with allergy-related conditions.
- Collaborate with the medical team to improve patient access and support practice growth.
- Assist in marketing and promoting the practice to elevate its presence in the community.
- Provide clinical services at both the Colonial Heights and Emporia locations.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
- Call Coverage: None - extended hours may be required
- Locations: Colonial Heights and Emporia, VA
- Average Patients Per Day: 25-30 - 20% peds & 80% adults
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated experience in Otolaryngology or allergy medicine preferred.
- Exceptional clinical skills with a focus on patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to provide services at multiple locations.
