As a Senior Systems Architect focusing on Workday integration development, you will be instrumental in developing this critical development skillset within our organization. You will assist with developing best practice guidelines and building technical solutions, in alignment with industry standards, that will keep Kohler Co. moving forward. You will work with a global team delivering robust solutions to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have significant Workday experience.
Functional Skills
- Leverage Workday tools to develop accurate and efficient integrations following industry best practices
- Collaborate with functional teams and user community to investigate gaps between business needs and current system functionality
- Assist with technical system documentation
- Establish and follow set governance processes and procedures
- May assist and/or be solely responsible to direct, schedule, motivate and coordinate the activities of IT, user and vendor personnel
- Actively participate or mentor junior Analysts in troubleshooting of any integration issues
- May schedule Workday Integrations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Technical Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT (Document Transformation), WD Studio, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, advance reports, XML, and XSLT
- Workday Pro Studio and Workday Pro Integrations Administration certifications preferred
- Be an active participant in the Workday Community
- Develop strong partnership with Workday Technical Experts
- Collaborate with Workday Technical Support to resolve platform issues related to Integrations
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required
- Minimum five years of progressively challenging system integration design, build, test, and deployment experience with Workday
- Excellent communication skills to include internal and external communication & documentation
