Job Summary:

As an Aesthetician at Nava Med Spa, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional skincare services to our clients. You will assess their individual needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and deliver high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client consultations. Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals and recommend suitable treatments. 
• Product knowledge. Educate clients o nproper skincare regimens and recommend products that align with their skin types and concerns. 
• Treatment planning. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve clients' desired outcomes. 
• Client relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. 
• Continuous learning. Stay updated on the lastest trends and techniques in the aesthetic field through ongoing education and training. 

Qualifications:

• Valid aesthetician license in Nebraska.
• Proven experience as an aesthetician, preferably in a medical spa or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
