JOB SUMMARY:

As Marketing Campaign Manager you are a results-driven, innovative and creative marketing professional with a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns that support both revenue driven activities as well as mission driven activities. This role will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, liaising with stakeholders to hear their business needs, translating those needs into marketing strategies and plans, and partnering with our production as well as external partners to deliver, measure and optimize our marketing campaign activities. Your primary responsibility will be to incept, develop, and implement creative marketing campaigns in support of our strategic goals and business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Incept, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns and marketing programs, rooted in comprehensive 360-integrated plans that encompass various marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage creative development, including but not limited to; messaging alignment to creative brief objectives, and visual alignment to brand and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with media and advertising agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Work cross-functionally to obtain internal feedback, approvals, and alignment.
  • Responsible for tracking project level budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management within a matrix organization, translating needs into marketing strategies and plans, and executing upon them.
  • Role models a digital-first and data driven philosophy across marketing communications strategies and channels.
  • Partners across the Marketing and Communications team to help activate brand strategy through program, product as well as service focused campaigns and activities.
  • Collaborates with brand, marketing, and communications colleagues to ensure strategic, integrated planning, execution, analysis to optimize efficient operations and impact.
  • Conducts regular general market research to keep abreast of trends and marketing and communications movements, and analysis to remain competitive.

WHAT YOU BRING TO ANA:
  • Experience in brand marketing, campaign management, performance marketing and/or advertising in a fast-paced environment.
  • Undergraduate degree from a 4-year institution required (in advertising, marketing or communications preferred), master's degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years overall product or service marketing experience, Association experience and healthcare or nursing professional knowledge desirable but not required.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Meltwater, Airtable, Workfront, Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication, project management, writing, editing and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and creative thinker.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors.
  • Event Marketing experience.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, programs and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring alignment of multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional understanding of the digital landscape including email marketing, content marketing, lead generation, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to learn at a fast pace and to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
  • Unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • International experience desirable.
  • Flexibility and diplomacy in dealing with changing priorities and demanding workload.
