UCTis currently seeking aHR Systems & Reporting Analystto manage our HR system integrations and reporting in a Remote role. Responsibilities include management of UKG Pro/UltiPro integrations to other systems, supporting reporting for business-critical processes, project management, documenting critical business processes and partnering with various stakeholders and external vendors to ensure business requirements are being met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR System integrations, file feeds and other automation via SFTP, API, etc.
  • Serve as lead and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR System integrations and implementation projects
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather system requirements and identify areas for system enhancement to improve overall HR processes
  • Partner with IT business stakeholders to support middleware used for integrations and other IT driven projects with HRIS dependencies
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues between the HR System and other systems e.g., SAP, Litmos, etc.
  • Facilitate and project manage various HR/HRIS projects (scoping, planning and scheduling) with key stakeholders
  • Support data analysis and advanced reporting using various reporting tools like Business Intelligence, PowerBI, etc.
  • Support creation, validation, and execution of scheduled and custom/published HR reporting
  • Identify areas where HRIS systems can be leveraged, extended, processes can be changed/automated or existing solutions can be enhanced
  • Develop business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents
  • Document specifications for integration and data migration activities
  • Create and update business process flows as needed
  • Facilitate integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and oversight of testing progress for projects and production support
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of UKG Pro / UltiPro HR System preferred
  • Knowledge of various HRIS, Time & Attendance, Payroll, data, integrations, and systems
  • Well versed in HR business process and employee life cycle (Hire to Retire)
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools, including dashboard creation is ideal
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to multi-task, balancing the requirements of maintaining several competing projects and priorities in an ambiguous / fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision to complete projects
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy


Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • PMP / Agile certification a plus


Experience Requirement:

  • 5+ years of experience as a HR Systems Analyst or similar role
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR function
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance on full life-cycle development projects, systems analysis, quality assurance and testing
