About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of FP&A to lead its Financial Planning and Analysis team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring sustainable growth. This role involves aligning financial objectives with business goals, managing financial risk, and driving global financial planning and analysis processes. The VP of FP&A will be responsible for developing high-quality business strategies, working with business leaders to instill financial discipline, and enhancing the scalability and sustainability of the business through the analysis of macro trends and growth drivers. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with at least 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the AdTech, technology, or digital media sectors. The role requires a proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies that support business growth, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and experience in managing investor relations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, be proficient in financial modeling, and have a background in both public and private companies. Responsibilities also include leading a high-performing FP&A team, supporting capital raising efforts, and developing long-term plans for a successful IPO.
