The Cleveland Clinic Florida Cancer Institute is currently seeking highly skilled, qualified, self-motivated radiation oncology physicist to join the team at the Robert and Carol Weissman state-of-the-art Cancer Center at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health location. The successful candidate must hold a Masters or a PHD in Medical Physics and be board certified or in the process of certification. Strong clinical experience in external beam therapy and high dose rate brachytherapy is a must. Experience with SRS/SBRT and treatment planning is a plus. The candidate will be working with four Physicians, two other physicists, and three dosimetrists. Primary work location will be at the Saint Lucie West Clinic, with some coverage at the Cancer Center in Martin North, Stuart, and occasional support of the broader Florida region expected. The Stuart location is home to two high-energy accelerators: one TrueBeam and a Trilogy, soon to be replaced by a new TrueBeam; a GammaMed HDR unit; a Xoft IORT unit and in-house CT-Sim. St Lucie West has a recently installed TrueBeam with a new Siemens CT-Sim. Although Cleveland Clinic primarily runs Mosaiq for Record & Verify, Martin Health is Eclipse/Aria based.
