  • Neurologists share call with 24/7 coverage for inpatients by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Critical Care and Neonatologists.
  • Established telemedicine and virtual care opportunities to provide flexibility in care delivery.
  • Enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric specialists in the specialties of cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hospital medicine, infectious disease, intensive care, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, neonatology.
  • State of the art NICU- Level IIIb with 42 beds including individual, twin & triplet rooms. 18 bed Pediatric Unit and 5 bed PICU with 24/7 coverage by hospitalist and critical care physicians.
  • New Womens & Childrens tower completed by 2027.
  • Academic appointments available through the USD School of Medicine. Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents.
