We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Global HR Product strategy. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled, diverse group of people across the company to address our biggest business and technology challenges in the Global HR domain. The position does require experience and deep domain knowledge of the Global HR and HCM market space.You will be part of a team responsible for modernizing and expanding our global capabilities for our current UKG Pro HR solution. The primary goal of this role is to work with Product, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to define the strategy and tactical execution, from inception to product delivery and then through to customer adoption.Qualified candidates are highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in defining and delivering forward-thinking solutions. Ideal candidates have experience working closely with engineering leaders and teams, enabling the development of enterprise-level solutions to support high scale, multi-tenant, software as a service product suite.Responsibilities:• Support definition of the product portfolio strategy and direction of investment for our Pro HR product.• Articulate a clear product vision aligned to the overall strategy for product. • Serve as the voice of the customer and takes an outside-in approach, leveraging customer interaction, industry trends, and competitive intelligence as a foundation for product direction and decision making. • Communicate the vision and priorities clearly to different teams and stakeholders. • Serve as the expert on current state of the product with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data. • Contribute to roadmap definition and empowers the team to fully own and develop the features. • Analyze and develop new market opportunities and monitors offering success. • Maintain a continued awareness of industry and compliance changes in HCM technology. • Create and collaborates on feature overviews, detailed designs, and prototypes, using Agile methodologies. • Build strong relationships and influence internal partners. • Inspire engineering, UX, and Delivery in order to build products that customers love. • Foster a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices for discovery and leads, coaches, and develops strong product team members.This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of UKG and its growing suite of products. Apply now and become a key contributor to UKG's success and that of our employees and our customers!Minimum Required Qualifications:• 8+ years’ of global HCM experience in product management, including a track record of successfully leading complex projects.• Solid technical acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technical requirements - but also to break complex topics into simple terms for diverse audiences. • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with consistency and transparency. • Ability to be envision, collect and analyze data that helps reduce risk of what to build and how to build it and leads to customer success.• Proven ability to think strategically, develop product strategies, and translate them into actionable plans.Preferred:• Deep customer empathy with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
