Reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for:Zero Trust Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Zero Trust Networking technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Zero Trust and network security to guide product improvement and difference.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and team members to prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs into clear and applicable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and services. Ensure products are developed on time, within budget, and meet stringent security and performance standards.Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates. Provide product training and support to sales teams to lead successful product adoption and revenue growth.Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, industry experts, and partners to gather feedback and understand their Zero Trust needs. Use customer insights to validate product direction and prioritize product enhancements.What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)7-10 years of overall experience in the Networking/Security industry.You have 5+ years of experience in product management within the networking and network security industry, with a focus on Micro-Segmentation, ZTNA and Asset Discovery.You have experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, to both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Expertise in networking technologies, routing, switching, and firewalls, specifically in the context of Zero Trust architecture.#LI-JM1#LI-HybridZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
