About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to serve as a Product Owner in one of our Product Areas within the Operational Infrastructure domains of Database and Middleware.In this role, you will:Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environmentLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterpriseDeliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinkingCoordinate highly complex activities and guidance to othersProvide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impactStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadershipOwns, refines, and prioritizes product backlog based on customers, Objectives and Key Results and business valueRequired Qualifications:7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years experience in technology operations and/or engineering3+ working knowledge of products including Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, EDB PostgreSQL, YugabyteDB, Neo4j, Azure Database products.Desired Qualifications:Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholdersEffective in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, trustProven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant business function (e.g., ITS)Understanding and knowledge of various internal roles (both business and technology) and how they interact with their productExperience with the digital products / applications within the business functionStrong network and ability to influence decisions within the business functionStrong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and businessExperience participating in teams in an agile settingExperience in backlog development (e.g., prioritization and grooming, writing stories)Familiarity with basic technology concepts (e.g., testing)Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributorEffective problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progressStrategic thinker capable of envisioning the future of the productJob Expectations:Full time telecommuting is not an option for this positionThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleRelocation assistance in not available for this positionThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipPosting Locations:3075 Loyalty Cir - Columbus, OH 43219 1301 Solana Blvd Bldg 1 - Westlake, TX 762621525 W W T Harris Blvd - Charlotte, NC 282622600 S Price Rd - Chandler, AZ 85286550 S 4th St. Minneapolis, MN 55415Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
