Seeking a board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand current palliative care service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services in west Georgia. Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker and help us develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow the Palliative Care services. Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program.
