This company is planning on growing their staff by double this year and is looking for the leadership of the future of their company.
Description
The Superintendent - Industrial Projects will be responsible for:
- Reporting to VP of Operations on large ground up Industrial projects
- Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications
- Building the schedule and coordinating all subcontractors
- Work with the project management team to maintain the project's schedule
- Ensuring quality control on various aspects of the project
- Maintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained
- Maintain and review the safety plan as needed to ensure the project site is up to company standard
Profile
Superintendent - Industrial Projects will have:
- 10+ years of superintendent experience in the light industrial / tilt up construction space
- Strong communication skills, particularly with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- a Bachelor's Degree if applicable
Job Offer
The Superintendent - Institutional Projects will receive:
- Base salary up to $140,000
