Pay Rate: $27.78 - $48.89
Key Candidate Preferences:
•A&P Technicians with 5+ years of experience are highly sought.
•Business jet experience is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
As an A&P Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of customer aircraft. This includes:
•Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft.
•Collaborating directly with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
What You Bring to the Role:
•A&P License (mandatory).
Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of hands-on work with aircraft (fixed-wing, rotary, or military).
o TN Visa holders must have at least 5 years of experience.
Preferred: Experience with business aircraft.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
o Basic PC skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English proficiency to provide clear updates on aircraft status.
Tools & Equipment:
o A basic set of hand tools with the ability to maintain inventory and control.
o Ability to obtain required Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications.
Adaptability:
o Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays.
o Ability to perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
Security:
o Must be eligible for a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.89 per hour
