July 6,7,19,26

Details:

Level IV Trauma Center
11,000 annual visits
13 patient care areas
2 trauma beds

Requirements:

AANP or NCCPA Certified - REQUIRED
MN license Active - REQUIRED - (not considering non licensed at this time)
Friday - Monday Availability - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/background for credentialing - REQUIRED
Local, drive in - REQUIRED
