About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the highest financial officer and a key strategic partner, overseeing financial operations and providing guidance for the organization's financial performance. The CFO will be a member of the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in advising on strategic development to maintain financial stability and thrive in the evolving healthcare marketplace. This role demands a balance of strategic and operational focus, particularly in the areas of talent assessment, development, and succession planning, as well as cultural and process alignments with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in leading strategic initiatives, be data-driven, and possess an executive presence with the ability to be a credible voice for the organization. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a strong financial background with a foundation in Medicaid reimbursement and cost-finding methodologies. An executive presence and the ability to balance the goals of a mission-driven organization with a strong business orientation are essential. The CFO will be responsible for the full range of financial and business management activities and must be capable of driving organizational performance through the evolution of healthcare and decision-support technology. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, along with more than seven years of experience in budget management and analysis. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are also strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be a leader, and motivator, and have a strong commitment to serving a culturally diverse community.
