Responsibilities: • Safely handle customer items by moving, packing, and unpacking them with care • Maintain open and clear communication with team members, clients, and move coordinators • Adhere to instructions provided by the Team Leader and promptly report any existing damages to items • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage high-pressure situations • Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in accommodating work schedules Qualifications: • Must successfully pass background check, drug screen, and driving record check • Required to have consistent and reliable attendance • Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • While experience with electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks is a plus, it is not mandatory Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
