Job Title: Assembly and Inspection Technician Job Description Measure product pulled for assembly, perform visual inspections, clean the person balls, and take internal clearance measurements. Perform part marking as required with chemical or laser etching equipment. Deliver finished product for quality verification or shipment as required. Complete inspection reports and shop travelers as required. Perform basic math including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals to ensure product specifications are met. Read and interpret documents such as drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Essential Skills Hand tool proficiency Mechanical aptitude Mechanical assembly experience Understanding of manufacturing processes and environments 1 year of relevant experience Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift 70 lbs Finger dexterity Ability to read drawings, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Proficient with calipers and micrometers Blueprint reading Additional Skills & Qualifications Bearing assembly experience is preferred Why Work Here?
