US - Assembler - Level 1 - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation

Experienced Electronic Assembler 1st Shift • Assemble electronic components to parts at floor stations. • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble electronic units according to product specifications. • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. • Incumbent must be able to work from electronic blueprints, specifications, job layouts, and written and/or oral instructions. • Steel toed shoes required. • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Assembles or repairs miniature electronic parts by operating microscope (soldering and de-soldering components). Special Considerations: • Lifting will exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.
