Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role involves electrical wiring, outfitting, fabrication, troubleshooting, and reading schematics and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electrical wire gauges, a strong desire to learn and grow, and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform electrical wiring tasks including splicing, crimping, and routing. Install engines, panels, and fuel tanks as part of outfitting duties. Use drills, saws, sanders, and other hand and power tools for fabrication. Troubleshoot and identify issues with engines, displays, or fluidic systems. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering. Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints. Experience with using hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. High standards and commitment to quality workmanship. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction, automotive, or marine industries. Experience as a marine gas or diesel mechanic is preferred. Experience troubleshooting marine electrical systems. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling systems. Work Environment Work in a brand new, clean, and open manufacturing site with designated areas for assembly, welding, and warehousing. The first shift is from 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays. Mandatory overtime may be required for a period of 1-2 months on Fridays until staffing levels are met. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.
