Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering outstanding patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a passion for staying abreast of advancements in the field of optometry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and ocular health.
  • Diagnose and treat visual disorders, refractive errors, and ocular diseases.
  • Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision aids as needed.
  • Educate patients on proper eye care practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and lifestyle factors.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and treatment modalities in optometry.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as an Optometrist.
  • Strong clinical skills with proficiency in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 Annual
Bonus/Commission: No
