Job Description:

As a direct selling company, Xyngular is looking for a Director of Marketing who will be responsible for the marketing of our business opportunity, the promotion of related incentive and travel programs, and marketing our large training events. This role will also be responsible for product marketing and campaigns designed to drive product usage among our customers and Business Partners. They will work closely with the field development team to create marketing plans and strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help develop messaging and sales tools for existing Business Partners to acquire, retain, and develop new Business Partners on their teams.
• Develop messaging and marketing campaigns to inspire the achievement of our Passport travel program trips and bonuses.
• Develop messaging and marketing campaigns to encourage attendance at our large corporate events.
• Develop marketing campaigns and strategies to create product awareness for prospective customers and drive increased usage among existing customers and Brand Partners.
• Help with the development of promotional offers and campaigns.
• Continuously measure and report the success of marketing business strategies and programs.
• Work with the communications and creative teams to execute opportunity marketing campaigns.
• Assist with the operationalization of Xyngular's brand both internally and externally.
• Work with the Field Development team to help to create a culture of partnership with Business Partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for additional marketing programs to help with business roadblocks.
• Work with the Product Development team on our product roadmap.
• Oversee the successful launch of new product offerings.
• Responsible for building and supporting strong relationships with the executive team, within the marketing team and with other departments.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive Direct Selling and Marketing experience required
  • Exceptional creative storytelling skills
  • The ability to create clean, compelling content at a fast pace without oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent; or, commensurate on-the-job experience, 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent skills in marketing business management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Collaboration and project management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in helping grow and develop their team
