This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This role involves providing expert advice on training, employee relations, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The HRBP will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance review processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and training support center and community leadership.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $91,500 to $126,645 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Conduct investigations as needed and when appropriate.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled community audits of HR systems and files.
  • Create new job descriptions.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate and/or train on performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HRBP or strategic partner role.
  • Strong experience in training, employee relations, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with compensation analysis and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen. All new hires are required to sign an arbitration agreement as a condition of employment.
