You Are:

The Contract Management Senior Analyst in the Analytics, Data, and Records role will facilitate the management of multiple competing priorities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Applies expertise in contract management system of record procedures and processes to create accurate contract management records to ensure all Contract Management systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of AFS' contract related data.
  • Responds to complex inquiries into any aspect of AFS' current and past contracts from both internal and external sources.
  • Ensures all Contract Management systems are current, accurate, and complete with all of AFS' contract related data.
  • Analyzes trends and interpret data across AFS enterprise systems, including assisting with data calls and related activities as needed.
  • Reviews work of other Contract Management professionals.
  • Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives or process improvements that lead to the best solution.
  • Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status and/or status of deliverables.
  • Achieves a reasonable level of understanding of Accenture's major business areas to communicate effectively with project Senior Executives and provide relevant advice. May provide training to Contract Management personnel.
  • Actively involved in Contract Management initiatives.

Here's What You Need:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • College degree required.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word and PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible.
  • Able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Prior experience in the contract management/procurement/legal/finance field preferable
  • Understanding of basic Federal contracting principles preferable
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFAR and agency-specific supplements preferable
  • Working knowledge of Accenture policy and Contract and Commercial Management Processes preferred
  • Ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Able to apply sound business judgment.
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Understanding of or experience with Python, R, SQL, and/or data analysis tools (such as Power BI) is a plus.


As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$54,000-$116,000 USD
