In this role, you will coordinate and manage the Agile project backlog and roadmap for all related project activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating and coordinating activities to engage customers to understand their mission and operations and identify resulting IT needs.

US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist others with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for improvements, optimization, and development, in the following specialties: Cloud computing policies and procedures, data warehousing management, automation; communications protocols, risk management, software; lifecycle management, and software development
  • Lead cross-functional teams, and assist in the management of new IT requests through the governance process
  • Analyze and establish system information requirements in support of new IT requests
  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to staff
  • Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
  • Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project tasks.
  • Organize and assign responsibilities to team members, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support in areas of need to government personnel in support of the PWS

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing management
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Environment to include the use of Azure OpenAI
  • Experience with knowledge graph data structures.
  • Experience working with internal and external customers to identify IT solutions to their expressed needs
  • Experience with current and emerging technologies across multiple domains
  • Experience working with technical designs, frameworks, and implementations
  • Experience with information technology best practices
  • Experience working on multiple, concurrent project
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Agile methodologies
  • Scrum training and certification preferred (CSM, etc)
  • PMP

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 10 years of experience in place of degree

Internal title/grade: Software Engineer, Grade 7

All individuals being hired to work for TCG must submit to, and successfully pass, a pre-employment background investigation prior to reporting for their first day of work. The pre-employment background investigation will include verification of employment and education, as well as, a criminal and DMV check.
