We are seeking Research Integrity and Ethics Managerwho will oversee all aspects of AIP Publishing's ethics operations including policy development, prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution of potential cases of misconduct across all publications. They play an important part in defining and implementing our research integrity strategy.
Responsibilities will include devising prevention and detection programs, developing procedural guidelines and case reporting structures, and creating new documentation to meet the challenges of the changing landscape of editorial and research misconduct.
Additionally, you will explore and innovate methods of misconduct detection, review procedures and protocols to improve efficiencies, and proactively work on developing and deploying training and educational programs for internal staff, Editors, authors, and researchers.

Salary within the above posted range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience.

- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and communicate them effectively.
- Have the ability to draft highly detailed-oriented policy documents. Experience with legal drafting and documentation is a plus.
- Can inspire and bring out the best in people. Actively sharing insights, lessons learned, and experiences with colleagues and team members.
- Are proficient in STM publishing, research integrity, and publication ethics.
To be considered you'll:
- Bring extensive experience (5+ years) working in academic journal publishing, preferably in the STM disciplines.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in research integrity or publication ethics.
