Open Platform empowers partners to collaborate with the platform, together providing rich and diverse service capabilities to help merchants and creators to operate more effectively and efficiently.

This product manager will be responsible for the design and development of new APIs to support all merchants, creators, and third party ISVs on TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze market insights and trends to achieve full understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and players.
• Collaborate with cross function teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, foster a thriving partner ecosystem providing diverse service capabilities to merchants.
• Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and Open API systems
• Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity
• Bachelor degree is required, and technical background is a plus.
