JOB DESCRIPTION: Sehlke Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to provide SAP and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System (Navy ERP) systems support as it relates to consolidating the DON Financial Systems that support the Navy WCF and Navy General Fund Commands down to one general ledger and into the Navy ERP.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
LABOR CATEGORY DUTIES:
• Develop and execute deep dives and working sessions at BSOs/Commands to support ERP Requirements (Discovery)/Solution Delivery.
• Create and revise as necessary core Navy ERP Suite Training (Content Development).
• Deliver core Navy ERP Suite Training.
• Deploy, develop, and maintain SAP end user training materials, as well as manage an SAP end user training instance. This includes document standards and development methodologies using Government provided tools and templates.
Design and develop SAP data to support end user exercises and demonstrations in all module areas.
• Develop job aids in cooperation with other Navy ERP support teams.
• Work with Navy ERP Sustainment team to identify additional/update training.
• Deliver On-Demand Training, as needed and as identified and approved by government lead, to close training gaps not met by On-Site training.
• Design and implement data collection, validation, enrichment, and correction processes to be used first in mock data load process and then for BSO/Command migration.
• Provide thought leadership during the transition, to not simply "lift and shift" SABRS business into ERP, but to correct and standardize business processes during the transition, in order to avoid duplicating any errant practices performed in the As-Is system in the To-Be system.
• Provide Change Management support to the affected BSOs and system users for Business Processes which will require change as a result of de-customizing the unique business processes.
• Work with BSOs/Commands and other Key Stakeholders to identify Process changes and perform gap analysis.

- Perform end user support and provide knowledge transfer of user provisioning processes, assist in troubleshooting access issues and coordinating access requirements with the Security Team
- Monitor user provisioning process and system access for compliance with access control policy and audit requirements.
