The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $125,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Toronto, Canada.

In this role you will:
- This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated go-to-market plans
- Execute 360 degree marketing campaigns to tie into Tinder's brand narrative and positioning in the Canadian market
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of project plans by owning timelines, budgets, and analysis/recaps/reports
- Map out appropriate marketing mix and make strategic recommendations on paid media mix for all campaigns
- Work closely with Consumer Insights and Analytics, pre, and post-campaigns, to establish goals and report/track progress against business metrics
- Lead agency relationships and align the overall communication strategy with key partners in Canada
- Work cross functionally and build relationships with internal creative, PR, Business Development, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Content Teams in order to strengthen ideas and creative, and build holistic and effective campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally, sharing best practices and learning from other countries initiatives
- Draft strategic briefs and assemble presentation decks
- Operationally support local events and partnership executions
- Be fully knowledgeable on the Gen Z audience, pop culture and stay current on the cultural calendar within Canada
- Monitor market trends both within the dating category as well as outside to generate insights for the localization of the Tinder brand narrative
- Report directly to the VP of Global Marketing and manage partners/vendors
- Plan and implement innovative ideas to promote Tinder's brand and achieve campaign metrics
We're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree. MBA or Masters not essential, but a plus
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or ad agency (a mix of agency and client-side is a plus) with deep knowledge of consumer branding
- Digital and social media marketing experience
- Experience working with small and large agencies, from leading briefs to 360 execution and delivery
- Strong business analytical skills, experience setting critical metrics for campaigns, and used to working with data and delivering vital insights/analysis
- Innovative mind with a highly developed curiosity to try and test new things- Excellent project management skills and execution abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form and maintain enduring professional relationships, and work well in a team environment
- Organized, attentive to detail, and proactively takes initiative
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an app company is a plus
- Excellent soft skills with a team player attitude
- A deep and up-to-dated understanding of Canadian Gen Z culture
- Passion for brand storytelling and content creation
- Strong mix of creative and analytical capabilities in combination with a hands-on mentality to get things done
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and high comfort level with ambiguity and adapting to change
