In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Client Success.

PriceMetrix is a prominent entity within McKinsey & Company's Banking Practice which stands as the premier provider of practice management software for wealth management firms across North America. Leveraging advanced analytics and industry benchmarking, PriceMetrix empowers financial advisors and their firms to enhance client their client experience and effectively drive business growth.

What You'll Do

As the relationship lead, you will spearhead comprehensive client engagement strategies, focusing on cultivating and nurturing relationships with senior executives, practice management teams and advisors.

Your responsibilities encompass overseeing multiple wealth management client accounts and collaborating closely with all departments within PriceMetrix to achieve strategic goals.

You will proactively build and sustain client partnerships, foster awareness around PriceMetrix solutions and drive adoption of the tools to ensure they derive optimal value and outcomes from their PriceMetrix investments.

Your full time role extends to crafting and executing tailored client service plans, assuming full accountability for service delivery across a dedicated portfolio spanning North America. From one-on-one advisor coaching consultations to executive briefings and large-scale industry presentations/workshops, you will captivate and engage diverse audiences through insight sharing, tool training and strategic discussions on topics such as business productivity, client pricing, and advisor growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally Wealth Management
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Commitment to and track record of driving client results
  • Comfortable in rapid, results-focused environments
  • Track record in assessing and contributing to development of business strategies
  • Ability to respond to an evolving and maturing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to confidently handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work through and resolve complex business problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust and credibility with team and clients
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills with an ability to communicate successfully with senior client audiences
  • Willingness to sporadically travel within North America and for multi-day periods
  • Completed the Canadian Securities Course (preferred)
