The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a cleared GEOINT Collection Manager/Source Strategies Analyst to work at a customer location in Las Cruces, NM. This is an exciting opportunity to apply GEOINT tradecraft collection principles to identify and collect geospatial data in support of IC and DoD geospatial information needs. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help the customer develop effective collection strategies that combine information from multiple sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and open-source to enable automated tipping and queueing models. You will also refine collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal customers, and U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)-wide stakeholders. This is an opportunity to enhance your expertise, advance new skills in Automated Tipping and Queueing software modeling tools and share knowledge with other analysts.

Primary Responsibilities. The candidate shall perform the following duties:
  • Collect, research, evaluate, and develop GEOINT collection strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Support presentations of activities, discoveries, conclusions, and/or tradecraft to leadership, partners, and customers.
  • Test the accuracy and functionality of automated collection tipping tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7/365 environment supporting GEOINT collection as a team-member.

Required Qualifications.
  • 3+ years of work experience utilizing GEOINT collection management information systems.
  • current and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated work experience directly engaging with GEOINT and IC partners/customers.
  • Ability to work in partnership with GEOINT analysts to analyze problems and develop effective collection approaches.
  • Ability to communicate with partners across the IC and DoD to modernize and enable intelligence integration.

Preferred Qualifications.
  • Understanding of airborne collection management and throughput.
  • Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services.
  • Understanding of commercial collection management and throughput.
  • Experience with hyperspectral systems.
  • Knowledge of DoD and IC missions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cartography, Cultural Studies, GIS, History, Hydrology, Remote Sensing or a related STEM area of study.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
