Your Role:
The Regional Strategic Program Manager will work closely with global, regional, and site leadership teams to track, assess, and prioritize ISCO strategic programs and site-specific initiatives within the region, ensuring optimal execution and data-driven decision-making. This role will also manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
In addition, this role will oversee regional performance scorecards to ensure strong execution of key KPIs, support site project teams to enhance project management and execution and drive the development and deployment of change management strategies to foster awareness and educate teams on critical regional changes.
Key responsibilities include driving the development and implementation of a new regional governance model and overseeing the deployment of Smartsheet program management tools across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities and be able to navigate difficult challenges in a fast-moving environment.
The preference is for this to be a hybrid role based out of Burlington, MA or one of our other U.S. hubs. However, there will also be consideration given to potential remote candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, science, or applicable discipline.
- 3+ year experience in project mgt or equivalent discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA a plus
- Lean/Six Sigma certification
- Manufacturing experience
- Project management certification
- Experience w/ Smart Sheet, MS Project, or other project mgt tools
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2)
- Knowledge of MilliporeSigma's Integrated Supply Chain Operation
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
- Ability to indirectly influence leaders at all levels of the organization
- Skills in developing and executing change management plans using change management models (i.e. ADKAR, Prosci, etc)
