As our Senior Program Manager, you will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive leadership development program tailored to operational leadership levels.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to establish a support framework offering ongoing resources, guidance, and mentorship to frontline leaders across all business units.
- Develop clear expectations for frontline leadership and drive alignment across the organization.
- Cultivate collaboration and knowledge sharing among operational leaders from diverse departments to foster a cohesive leadership community.
- Deliver targeted training programs to address identified gaps and elevate leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record as a senior HR professional, with a capacity to partner deeply and drive and deliver strategic outcomes with clear success indicators.
- Strong, tactful communication skills in English and French, essential for effectively conveying complex ideas and engaging diverse audiences across North America and Europe.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing impactful leadership development programs, with a deep understanding of operational leadership requirements and challenges.
- Experience managing a team is a strong plus!
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Self-driven, open-minded, flexible, and creative.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change, and enthusiastically tackle challenges with a hands-on, resourceful approach when needed!
