Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficient in interpreting complex data to make informed campaign decisions and optimize media plans for maximum effectiveness.

Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly and efficiently in response to changing market conditions, trends, and performance data.

Collaboration & Communication: Works well with cross-functional teams, articulates strategies clearly, and provides actionable insights through performance reports.

Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrates the capability to mentor and guide teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement in media buying efforts.

What kind of experience is needed to join our team?

Expertise with any or all of the following DSP/SSPs, networks, and channels:

- Facebook/Instagram (Meta), TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

- Google, Bing, or Yahoo paid search feeds

- Google Display Network, DV360, etc.

- Taboola/Outbrain, Zemanta, etc.

Expertise with data tools and UIs like Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, etc.

Our compensation packages include base salary + bonus + equity. The base salary range for this job family in the U.S. is $82,000 - $183,000.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by, work location and additional factors, including job-related competency attainment, experience, and relevant education or training.
