This high speed role requires a great deal of complex problem-solving across time zones, and tireless entrepreneurial spirit. You will be shaping the landscape of the product strategy for building a secure platform and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding. We are largely unencumbered by red tape, but building process is a critical step towards scale - be prepared to build a structure that empowers ongoing, sustainable rapid growth.
The US product team will focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must to solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for an experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar on how we optimize products to drive new and existing user engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for TikTok video content distribution, mainly including optimizing video distribution strategies, ensuring the distribution of high-quality content and traffic for creators, and developing key business categories. Focus on key business metrics such as app duration and playtime;
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of business data and user needs, propose improvement strategies, and collaborate with recommendation algorithms to continuously enhance user video consumption experience;
3. Collaborate across teams such as algorithm development, data analysis, and operations, effectively coordinate resources from all parties, promote the implementation of strategies, and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as a product manager. Prior relevant experience in content strategy, recommendations strategy, data analysis.
2. Strong logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
3. Possessing excellent data analysis skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
