Responsibilities
- Effectively enforce our coding standards/practices with internal/external developers in the team.
- Be responsible for 100% code quality and own Salesforce.com code reviews for the organization.
- Partner with architects and external development teams to design custom solutions.
- Recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and speed to market for existing/new capabilities.
- Spend portion of your time for innovation and POC's to bring new technologies to SFDC ecosystem.
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and/or customizations including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
- Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) with both internal/external development teams including Global teams.
- Identify ways to utilize SFDC to improve business processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
- Knowledge of CICD/Release Management/GitHub is a must.
- Identification of risks and issues from technical perspective.
- Mentor new developers for your team.
- Review Salesforce optimizer report and take needed actions.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience in the relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on Salesforce customization experience on Apex
- Minimum of 3 years of LWC and minimum of 1 years of AURA components experience is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of Visualforce expereience
- 501 certification / Developer II certification is a preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent knowledge of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS
- Good understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to comfortably discuss cloud architectures.
- Experience with Medical Device and Life Sciences enabling technologies preferred.
