Job Summary

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of observability and monitoring solutions in Azure cloud environments.
- Platform Management: Oversee the monitoring and observability platforms, ensuring they provide effective tooling and visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CCoE, development and engineering teams to align observability practices with business needs and technical requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduates in systems, networks or related fields with +6 years of experience.
- Azure Expertise: Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture, with a focus on monitoring and observability tools within the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Monitor, Application insights, etc.
- Observability Tools: Proficiency in a range of observability tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate these within Azure environments, including third party APM tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, etc.; as well as open-source observability tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in diagnosing and resolving complex cloud-based issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
