Position Summary

Who you are: You will serve as a key contributor on the KINESSO paid search center of excellence team. This role involves deep craft knowledge which leads to defining craft strategy, best practices and processes, and collaborating across multiple internal and external stakeholders to enable the delivery of industry-leading paid search capabilities across all clients. You will also contribute to the development of strong paid search teams leading the execution of world-class search programs.
Responsibilities
  • Key contributor to the overarching KINESSO paid search strategy
  • Proactively provide industry-leading thought leadership in an evolving Search landscape
  • Identify additional opportunities and partners with craft and agency leadership to upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Act as a representative of the KINESSO paid search practice to internal and external partners
  • Support external Business Development and Marketing initiatives such as sales pitches, case studies, etc.
  • Assist teams with accessing tools and training required to excel in their roles, including but not limited to internal trainings, platform certifications, and proficiency in relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Build internal and external-facing processes and training documentation, including testing roadmaps that help push innovative thinking forward
  • Motivate internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and keeping all stakeholders focused on quality deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Pull reports and conduct analysis to assess paid search performance and capabilities across the KINESSO client portfolio


Required Skills & Experience
  • Ability to judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients (e.g. understand and describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client, etc.) and the ability to translate this data into a story
  • Extensive knowledge of online performance tracking and measurement tools
  • Proven ability to represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to present and sell strategies and tactical plans through to clients and partners
  • Experience in growing, managing, and inspiring internal search teams; strong leadership and administrative skills. Fosters an environment that enables action
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including clear communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads and third-party bidding platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude into a collaborative team atmosphere where teamwork and drive to learn are keys to success
  • KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree


Desired Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in media/search agency, advertising agency, or similar media environment. Experience in a previous paid search role is required. SEO experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Asana or other project management platforms is a plus
  • Continued enthusiasm toward the medium and the desire to constantly educate yourself on the latest information

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
