Position Overview: As our Sales Manager, you will play a key leadershiprole in growing the sales team and driving revenue for Nerdy Roofing. Youll beresponsible for managing, coaching, and motivating our sales representatives toachieve individual and team targets. Your leadership will be crucial inensuring that our sales efforts align with company goals, while also focusingon delivering excellent customer experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve sales skills and product knowledge. Create a positive, high-energy team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, revenue, and brand visibility. Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that generate leads and opportunities. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the sales process. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns and inquiries, working closely with other departments to resolve issues. Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Set sales goals, forecast revenue, and ensure the team is on track to meet targets. Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and in a leadership role (preferably within the roofing, solar, or construction industries). Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of roofing and solar industry products and services is a plus, but not required. A positive, can-do attitude, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
