* Start Date * May - ongoing Weekend/Weekday Dates * Schedule * Standard OR hours during the week: * Weekend call shifts are Fri/Sat/Sun 24-hour call shifts. * Monday - Friday (will accept Partial weeks) * 7am - 5pm * Clinical Details * Total # of ORs: 6 * Hospital Beds: 175 combined * Trauma level: 3 * Annual Cases: 6000 OR cases, 500 OB cases * Non-Cardiac need * Case-mix: General, Ortho, Uro, Gyn, Optho, L3 Trauma, no peds, no hearts * Requirements * Must have active Oregon license
