Start Date: As Soon as Credentialed Contract Length: 26 weeks ongoing Shift Details: * Available shifts: 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s & eventually 24s (not immediately) * Average Shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Details: * Support Staff: Yes * Amount of Coverage Needed: Full-time * Patients per Day: Varies based on case mix * Department Description: * 26 ORs / 2 OB * Level 2 Trauma * Case Mix: General, Ortho, Neuro, Uro, Vascular, Gyn, GI, OB * CRNAs practice independently; MDs perform their own cases * Special Procedures: General, Ortho, Neuro, Uro, Vascular, Gyn, GI, OB * Skills Required: Ability to practice independently in a high-volume setting Practice Setting: * Hospital Requirements: * Board Certification: WA License * DEA: Yes * Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS, BLS Aya Locums Will Pay for Travel and Lodging
