Description Specialization: Infectious Disease Job Summary: Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a board certified / board eligible infectious disease physician for our two acute care hospitals starting in January 2025. Qualified Candidates: * Board certified or board eligible in infectious disease medicine * Active Tennessee license or the ability to obtain one Details: * Medical Directorship option * Hospital consults/inpatient only practice for two of our hospitals * Average daily census 20-22 patients with 4-5 new patients daily and 4-5 average length of stay * Private practice with Income Guarantee support * Relocation support About Parkridge Health System: * 275-bed licensed hospital at Parkridge Medical Center * 128-bed hospital at Parkridge East Hospital * Primary stroke centers and advanced cardiovascular center * 24/7 tele-neurology support for acute stroke and other neurologic emergencies * Accredited chest pain center * Advanced surgical services including endovascular care and orthopedic/spine procedures * 5 hospital system with multiple sites of care including 4 ER's and 2 more coming Often cited amongst The Best Places to Live , Chattanooga is nicknamed the Scenic City.
