Overview

This position will work closely with Operations and the National Divisions for All Access and Equipment to oversee their inventory management and provide financial oversight through detailed reporting and analytics. This position is central to driving efficient operations and providing strategic management of our inventory systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record daily inventory levels, ensuring accurate data in the inventory management system. Ensure weekly cycle counts are completed, and route cause analysis is performed for any deviations.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
  • Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory counts periodically as per established schedule.
  • Maintain inventory database by accurately entering new stock, adjustments, and inventory transactions.
  • Update item descriptions and other key data in the inventory management system as needed. Upkeep of data in system such as new assets, disposals, item category grouping.
  • Perform regular and routine system maintenance of inventory management system including financial period updates, practice environment refresh, user access, permission reviews.
  • Perform and assist in large system cleanup efforts including overhaul of naming conventions, removal of duplicate entries, disposal and archival of stale data, new company, branch and bin setup etc.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports on inventory such as stock value, stock turnover, utilization, and billing detail.
  • Administer the re-rental program by auditing 3rd party rental invoices for accuracy, provide coding for payment and produce invoices to bill Subcontractors for bare rentals. Assist with tracking AR against all equipment rentals and monitor sub-contractor payments
  • Perform monthly financial monitoring on depreciation, ROI, best rental rates review and financial utilization.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one to three years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in construction or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong data management and accounting reconciliation skills (attention to detail)
  • Experience with inventory management system, Rental Results, a Wynne Systems product, referred
  • Intermeditate Excel skills a must ("if" statements, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)


Working Conditions

General office working conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
