Family Practice - Without OB Physician

The Contractor APP shall provide Primary Care Physician services at the Acoma Canoncito Laguna Indian Health Center in Acoma , NM. The ACLIHC is located about 60 min west of Albuquerque, NM and it primarily serves the ambulatory needs of the Acoma Pueblo Tribal members. ACLIHC services include medical and dental, in-house Pharmacy for patients. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid); 30 minutes per appointment, max: 15 pts per day, average: 8-10 pts; no night no calls no weekend. Any state license: BLS/ACLS/DEA required. Housing , travel and accommodation provided by Sequoyah Staffing. Location: Acoma , NM Payment starts at $150.00 with Travel, Lodging and Rental Car, malpractice insurance. Payment is 1099 every two weeks, direct deposit. 8-hour shifts, Mo-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. 30 min per appointment, average 8-10 pts/day.
