Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, full-service, AAHA-accredited companion animal practice located in the beautiful foothills of Northeast Georgia. We are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care throughout the life of our patients, from routine wellness exams to advanced medical and surgical care. What You’ll Do
As a veterinarian at Mill Creek, your role will include:

  • Comprehensive Care: Provide a full range of veterinary services, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry.

  • Client Education: Build strong relationships with clients by educating them about their pet's health and well-being and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance, including a 4-day work weekno Sunday shifts, and rotating Saturday shifts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dedicated team of technicians, assistants, client care specialists, and hospital leadership to deliver top-notch care to our patients.
  • Advanced Diagnostics and Surgery: Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions, including digital radiography, digital dental radiography ,   ultrasound, and in-house Idexx laboratory services.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a veterinarian who:

  • Has a DVM or equivalent degree and is licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Georgia.
  • Is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to small animals, including cats and dogs.

  • Has strong communication skills, both with clients and teammates.
  • Is committed to continuing education and staying current with advances in veterinary medicine.
  • Values work-life balance and is looking for a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with low-stress handling techniques for dogs and cats.
