Illinois Hematology Oncology
My client is excited to add BE/BC Hematology/Oncology Physicians with opportunity to specialize in his/her area of interest in oncology to their Cancer Institute in Illinois. Physicians would practice at their main campus in with one day work per week at one of their satellite locations.
Training and interest in both Hematology and Oncology are required. The physician will be able to specialize in his/her area of interest in oncology. Board eligibility for the new graduates and board certification in both hematology and oncology are required.
Candidates with experience and new graduates are very welcome to apply. Mentorship for new graduates will be provided. Hematology/Oncology Physician would work with nine (9) other Oncologists in the practice. The practice has radiation oncology, surgical oncology, gynecologic oncology and breast surgery at their Cancer Institute with colorectal surgery, interventional radiology, urology, neurosurgery, head and neck surgery, and thoracic surgery at their Foundation Hospital. Their Cancer Institute is a part of their Foundation Hospital and both are located at the same campus allowing all services to be integrated into their Multi-disciplinary Cancer Care Model. EPIC electronic medical record is utilized.

The Hematology/Oncology Physician would enjoy a very generous compensation package in a stable, vertically integrated Health System, while practicing in a multi-disciplinary setting with Weekly Disease Specific Tumor Boards (Upper GI, Lower GI, Breast, Thoracic, etc.), and a strong support from Radiation Oncology and all Surgical Services.
